Yes, it is interesting to note BBC Films was not mentioned - except in reference to BBC2. Seems to me that if more programming is provided for, then some could go to content generation at BBC films.

The UKFC annual overview also is interesting, and I am surprised BBC2 had that high a level of "British Film Content". Can this really indicate films like Edge of Darkness will now be sandwiched in between nature programmes and docs?
